This has seen great success and is now being tailored and rolled out to the wider market.
I’m really happy I completed my apprenticeship. It was very fulfilling and has allowed me to progress in my professional care. It opened doors to new opportunities and responsibilities allowing me to grow as a care worker. Thank you for this brilliant opportunity.
Apprentice
I have done three other courses with different companies and not one of them have covered the content which I have learnt through Agincare. I am just so sorry I have wasted my time with the other three who sent me into circumstances where I did not have this knowledge or support.
Learner
By discussing the options that are available for my staff and how to develop their skills and knowledge, regular contact with the assessor meetings and feedback, progress reports, staff are asked to give feedback on their learning. Staff are supported in completing their training in a way which suits their training needs better.
Aim Home Care
We have been able to develop training plans for each operational company with very clear skill pathways that staff and define for themselves, in cooperation with Training Now and their line manager. I have no hesitation in recommending Training Now.
Agincare Chief Operating Officer
Our team
To fully support the delivery of our services, we have a highly skilled, qualified and experienced management and delivery team. With over 150 years of combined experience in health and social care training, Training Now is well placed to deliver high-quality, expert training to your organisation.
All team members, including administration colleagues, are required to complete and evidence a minimum of 30 hours Continous Professional Development (CPD) every academic year. As part of their CPD, all delivery team members are required to complete two days work experience within their specialist field of teaching and assessments. For all accredited instructors courses we require our team members to complete a refresher course within that field of expertise every two years; including First Aid. All are required at the end of the year to complete a training needs analysis to support their CPD for the year ahead; this includes purchasing external courses for updated and refresher courses.
