Working in partnership with you
We collaborate closely with partners across the country and support them with our wide range of services. For example, this may be spot or larger scale bookings in our care and nursing homes, discharge to assess, reablement and respite services, or special projects tailored to meet the specific requirements of a community or partner.
It may also mean longer term arrangements, such as delivering care for supported living and extra care schemes or operating care and nursing homes. We provide cost effective solutions for our partners, and help them build capacity, deliver results and meet targets.
We work together to ultimately improve outcomes for those we care for and support – be it reducing time spent in hospital before returning home, regaining freedom and confidence, or gaining valuable skills and support to live as independently as possible.
Our experienced and skilled teams deliver high-quality specialist care, including nursing, tailored to those we support, such as people living with dementia, a learning disability, acquired brain injury, mental health, autism and life-limiting illnesses. Our expert clinical leads ensure that our teams receive the best possible bespoke training to support people, even where complex conditions are involved.
Our services
Care and nursing homes
We are proud to work collaboratively with multiple local authorities and NHS partners across England, with some relationships long standing at over 30 years. We provide high-quality personalised care to residents, and work closely with local authorities to support reablement, discharge to assess and other projects to meet specific local requirements.
Extra care
We currently oversee 18 schemes, each different and tailored to accommodate people in varying communities, with housing capacities ranging from 45 to over 200. We have long-standing contracts and partnerships with local authorities and a wide spectrum of social and specialist landlords, establishing tailored Joint Working Protocols and Service Level Agreements for each scheme.
Home care
We are the preferred and longstanding provider for many local authorities and NHS groups across the country. We deliver high-quality flexible services on a spot, block and project basis, often enabling people to leave hospital and return home with support from our teams.
Live-in care
Our expert live-in care team can provide support with a variety of services, including traditional live-in care, and enhanced domiciliary care plus reablement, discharge to assess and end-of-life projects. As well as improving people’s quality of life by supporting them at home, our unique offer brings with it cost savings and efficiencies for our partners.
Supported living
We work with families, local authorities and other partners to enable people living with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, mental health, autism or life-limiting illnesses to live as independently as possible through a range of proven services. These include supported living, outreach, day and respite services and more.
Training Now
Our training partner Training Now specialises in health and social care training nationwide, and is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
