Why Agincare?
We’re bucking the trend. We are a successful, growing and independent care provider.
And, as one of the very few companies nationwide that are experts in a comprehensive range of services, we can tailor care for the changing needs of our clients in a way few other care providers can. That ensures we remain true to our ‘person first’ values. It also means we have a host of exciting roles in various services up for grabs.
My Agincare career…
From care worker to operations manager, Vicky Boursnell-Brooks Operations Manager of Crecy Care Home in Weymouth explains why she loves working in care…
If someone was thinking about going into health and social care I would say do it.
The rewards are endless, it’s the satisfaction that you get when you make somebody’s day, or you receive a smile, and you’ve looked after someone in the best possible way.
And there’s career progression. I started as a care worker, I didn’t envisage ending up as a manager. I was invested in, and given the chance to learn and progress, working my way through the ranks to what I’m doing now.
One of the benefits of working for Agincare is that it is able to provide staff with a flexible working approach. It’s a family-run business. The ethos is that we provide good quality care, and that’s exactly what we do.
