You’re in good hands
St Peter’s Park is such a lovely place, and I am very happy to be living here.
The staff are brilliant and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, and I couldn’t ask for more.
St Peter’s Park Retirement Village – D B (Resident, 2023)
We are delighted with the care she receives from the dedicated team at the home. The environment is warm, caring, welcoming and cheerful due to the friendly and outgoing attitude of the staff who are conscientious, dedicated and focused on creating an enjoyable lifestyle. The emphasis is on ensuring that all residents receive the best of care and have fun on a daily basis, with emphasis on creating a sense of cohesion as part of the group and encouragement to participate in all aspects from dining together and living as part of an extended family – whilst recognising freedom of choice and personal space.
Beaufort Park Retirement Village – Robert D (Son of Resident, 2022)
The team work really hard to meet Mum’s needs and always treat her well. They are good at keeping me informed – making sure that I get emails and also telephone contact, whenever there is anything I should be aware of. The home itself is well laid out and the food provided is a good standard. The grounds are lovely, with plenty of quiet space as well as communal space. They go to great lengths to provide interesting activities, even mobile farms!

We’re proud that the CQC has rated and regulated all of our homes and retirement villages. The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They inspect and regulate different care services, including care and nursing homes, home care and live-in care. They base their inspection on five key questions: Are they safe? Are they effective? Are they caring? Are they responsive to people’s’ needs? And are they well-led?
All reports can be found on the CQC website.
