Is the upkeep of your home becoming too much? Do you need flexible support that can adapt to your needs as they change? A retirement village may be the best option for you.

Our retirement villages offer self-contained apartments and cottages with 24-hour on-site care and nursing support should you need it. Make your new house a home with your own furniture and decorate it to suit your tastes.

In an Agincare retirement village, you can continue to live independently in your own home, safe in the knowledge that, if your care needs change, help is right next door. Each of our retirement villages are set on the coast and provide spacious accommodation as well as beautiful gardens and communal facilities.

We know how important our companionships with our fluffy friends are. Not only are they part of the family, they also help with mental and physical well-being. This is why we make every effort to keep you and your pets together when you join us.

Whether or not you can bring your pet with you when moving into one of our care homes is decided by the Registered Manager. We encourage you to discuss your pets with them when you visit.

We provide 24-hour a day tailored nursing care at St Peter’s Park Retirement Village. This is part of our retirement village which also hosts our independent apartments and residential home.

Our nurses provide round-the-clock care to people with specialist medical needs and those requiring treatment for complex illnesses. Our nursing home is suitable for people with long-term illnesses or any medical condition that need regular nursing support.

Funding may be available from your local authority. Firstly, they will check how much help and what kind of care you need: this is called a care needs assessment. Following on from that, the free financial assessment calculates the total cost of care and how much you’ll need to contribute. During the financial assessment it’s important to be open and honest about all your assets, so everything can be taken into consideration.

If you don’t want a financial assessment you can choose to pay for your care home yourself – this is called self-funding.

If you would like to view our care home then don’t hesitate to give us a call and we would be happy to arrange a no obligation visit. Alternatively, we have regular coffee mornings where anyone is able to pop in. This is great opportunity to get to know our team and residents.
