An apprenticeship is a great way to earn while you learn, allowing you to continue working while gaining the skills, knowledge and qualifications you need to progress your career.

With an apprenticeship, you learn on the job, putting new found skills into practice and building real world experience.

At Agincare, we offer a range of apprenticeships between level 2 and level 5 in health and social care, and business; enabling our team members across the country to further their careers. All of our apprentices receive one-to-one support throughout their learning and help using their qualification to achieve their full career potential.

What’s more, we support apprentices to not only achieve the Apprenticeship Standards, but to gain the full QCF diploma qualification.

What is an apprenticeship and how does it work?

An apprenticeship is a genuine job with an accompanying assessment and skills development programme.

By doing an apprenticeship, you will earn while you learn through on the job training and will gain a qualification as well as valuable work experience.

At Agincare Training, we make sure that every one of our apprenticeships is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. All of our apprentices help to shape what they learn within their apprenticeship, as we adapt their learning to ensure proficiency in a variety of skills.

Each apprentice is allocated a Teaching and Learning Coach, who is a specialist in their field. They will support you on a one-to-one basis, with additional online tutorial support.

Through our bespoke, free apprenticeships, we could help you to progress towards your long-term career goals.

To ensure that we can support you to achieve your full potential, we will complete an in-depth initial assessment with you to ensure that we can tailor our delivery to meet your unique learning requirements.

We then use the most relevant delivery methods to meet both apprentice and employer needs which will consist of:

60% on the job training

20% off the job training
